All of our products and orders are inspected and checked when they arrived at the warehouse and before they dispatched from the warehouse. This is to reduce the possibility of defective products being delivered and delivery that does not match the placed order. However, if you still find your product and order with the mentioned problem, we will be responsible for it.

We will only accept products to be return for the reason of damage or defect and delivery that is not matched with the placed order. Free gifts and any other reasons of returning the products such as size swaps are strictly non-returnable nor exchangeable. To avoid any inconvenience and disappointment, please do double check and confirm the details of the product before placing an order.

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days including weekends from the date you received your order. Return request emailed outside of 14 days will not be entertained. Furthermore, refund of cash or payment is not available as we only offer replacement or exchange of products.


Please kindly follow the following steps to claim a return:

  1. Email or WhatsApp us your order details and reasons for return with supporting photos.
  2. After approving your return request, we will provide you with a return slip.
  3. Insert the return slip into your parcel and post it to the address stated on the return slip.
  4. Please email us the postage receipt and tracking number of your parcel after posting it.
  5. After checking your parcel, we will send you a return confirmation email.
  6. A replacement product will then be sent to you after you reply to the confirmation email.

Please note that:
*Approval of your return request may take up to 3 business days.
*Economic postal service is recommended for posting your parcel.


Products to be returned must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be in its original state with its original packaging.
  • Product must still be intact with the information tags. (If any)
  • Product must not be worn, washed or altered.


The shipping cost for returned product can be claim back after we check that your returned product meets the requirements. Please remember to keep the postage receipt and email it to us after posting your parcel so that we can refund the shipping cost for returned product to you. However, if the returned product does not meet the requirements, the shipping cost for returned product will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, the shipping cost for internationally returned product (From outside Malaysia) as well as any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer as we will not bear with it.
